For full accuracy, yes — exact birth time matters. Your Rising sign, house cusps, HD Profile (the 5/1, 3/5, etc.), and Personality Sun gate can all shift if the time is off by more than 15 minutes.

If you don't know your exact birth time:

• Best path: request your long-form birth certificate from the state where you were born — most include the exact time.
• Workable path: use 12:00 noon as a placeholder. Your Sun, Moon (probably), Mercury, Venus, Mars, and HD Type/Authority will still be accurate. Rising and houses will be approximate.
• Practitioner path: some astrologers offer chart rectification — using major life events to back-calculate the likely birth time. Several Founding Practitioners on SPHD offer this service.

Credits are reserved for processes that exceed your tier's allowance — for example, generating a Composite Chart simulation if your tier doesn't include unlimited.
